Clients It is important to note that most of our business is by referral. Each referral is an indication that a client has been pleased enough with our work to refer us to another client. In the Call Center Division we have serviced clients in a variety of industries such as insurance, internet sales, wireless services, telecommunications, call center outsourcing, technology, and government, among others. In the Business Planning Division we have serviced clients in retailing, construction, home improvement, professional services, entertainment, and foods and food service, among others. Pricing Philosophy It is our philosophy
to treat fee estimates as a budget and to manage the project to that
budget as would an internal manager. The cost of projects will not exceed
the estimates for the deliverables as stated. |
