Our Business:

Egbert C. Brown and Associates, Inc., is a management consulting firm that is organized in two divisions:

The Business Planning Division specializes in business planning for domestic start-up and existing small and medium sized businesses.

The Call Center Operations Division specializes in inbound call center and customer service consulting services for domestic and international companies and clients of all sizes.
